September 29, 2003 - 4:19 p.m. Wow, talk about a time lapse, I've been without regular access to the internet for more then a month, and I feel like its been twenty years. Ok, was that just a tad dramatic for you? I am finally up and running online, with my own computer no less, and now I must needs to catch up, and catch you up. Been working tons of hours at the new job, which I am happy with for the moment, until I either sell a book, or sell myself into the sex slave trade for a year like in that book by Anne Rice that could not possibly have been close to what the movie eventually used as plot. Lets just not focus on the whole "Job" thing right now, though, so I can get to other topics before forgeting....what was it was supposed to not be forget-.... hmmm... I have been having sooo much fun transcribing Ming's answers to reader questions for the site www.news-at-ten.tv (NAT). I mean, really, you get alot of artistic liscence flexibility when you are taking dictation from a fictional guy. But, sadly for some, not so sadly for one who needs a break, NAT is going on a hiatis so the brave and selfless guy who was running the site can take it easy for a bit. I hear 'taking it easy", at least in his case, means lap-dances from a band of pschyzophrenic transvestites who seem to have kidnapped the poor man. All those pantyhose and psuedo-designer dresses would not be much of a distraction if the one's wearing them have to fight out who is who, who is in control of what brain, who doesn't want to do the full Monty one minute, but really wants to the next minute, and someone trying not to smudge their lip-liner as they attempt to get rid of a five o'clock shadow without nicking a major artery when they are startled by yet another dissembodied voice telling them to kill goats and watch Queer Eye For The Straight Guy even if it is insulting to homo's everywhere. Anyway, have fun on vacation Mr. Boss man, but what do we do while the cat's away? Several things, why thank you for asking and giving up the easy segwey. I'll post what those things are seperately, see you in five!
